There are so many cons which cannot be explain here but below are the most common cons 1-Delay in salary disbursement 2.Fake promises in offer letter 3. They put 20% Of ur salary in PLI and do meeting to evaluate this many times i.e 4-5 times in last one year but till now they have not disbursed. They issued one letter after 18 month and said they will give PLI in 3 instalment .Great thing is that PLI is not evaluated by employee performance ,It's management decision. 4-They have not done FnF of employees who left the job in oct 2016 and given the form 16 ,means you have paid tax for that amount which is not credited to ur account yet. 5-Appraisal cycle is oct to march. 6-Don't have work or any bussiness modal to sustain in market. 7- They don't believe in their old employees and start listen to new people who tell Yes Boss type of things in every conversion.
