Pros

Ability to travel across the US and sometimes abroad.

Cons

Very limited hours due to slow periods and excess hiring. There's not a lot of work-life balance as you're expected to always be responsive to emails and complete training at the last minute when you are not scheduled.

Pros

Company actively encourages a work life balance. Encourages time off and does not expect you to be available on your PTO. Managers supported career growth and training and worked to ensure you had the tools for success. Collaborative approach to work and do not assigb you to projects to projects at 1 FTE when there is actually 2.5 FTE worth of work.

Cons

Written guidance/processes were not the best I have seen but were getting better. The company relies heavily on the institutional knowledge of their employees which is fine but can take some getting used to and generally falls apart if key team members are out of the office or too busy to respond quickly. Coming from a bigger company and expected to operate almost completely independently, it was definitely a shift when consistently was told to "ask Xyz." The company does a great job of collaborations but it would be helpful to codify some of the institutional knowledge so it is accessible to all as needed.
