7yWe thank you for your feedback. Please note when we hire a person at Optym, we need to assess the fit of that person with Optym. We need to assess whether the work ethics of that person match with our expectations, whether the value system of the person is aligned with company’s value system, and whether the person fits well into our culture. This is the reason we have the three months of the probationary period. If we feel that the person is not the right fit for the company, or the person feels that he/she is not the right fit for the company, we must part ways. We are sorry that in your case we needed to part ways due to the misfit. We wish you the very best in your new job and new career.
