8yThanks for your feedback, and we are sorry that you feel that way. We agree that there is room for improvement in any rapidly growing company on all fronts, but we disagree with most of your feedback. We treat our employees extremely well. We strive to provide an environment where team members feel valued, respected and that they’re treated fairly. We have an open culture so any team member can approach any senior management team member directly, including the CEO, to discuss any suggestions or areas for improvements. We listen to those and respond individually. All of our promotions and bonus decisions are considered by a panel of senior managers and are agreed upon by everyone in the panel. We have also taken the conscious decision of giving responsibilities based on a person’s merit and not on years of experience or designation. We wish you success in your future career.
