      Cons

      As Optym grows rapidly into a worldwide leader of optimization software, the workload can be quite large. It's important for one to possess a strong work ethic in order to excel.

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
