      The team at Optomi is so good at what they do. They really take the time to listen to what you're looking for and come back with a perfect fit. I had the pleasure of working with Gregory Pereira and Alexandra Williams to land my next position and cannot recommend them enough. Their communication, care and professionalism was unmatched in comparison to the other recruiters I've worked with.

      Pros

      There are some great people here and the training program prepares you pretty well

      Cons

      The culture is highly metrics-driven, which can make job security feel uncertain. Employees may be placed on a performance improvement plan after one underperforming quarter, even following periods of strong success. Expectations often remain unchanged despite broader market challenges, creating significant pressure during slower business cycles. Super hard to make good commission.
