Pros
Only good thing I can say about this company are the coworkers I had.
Cons
Pyramid scheme: You work your tail off doing the jobs that the people above you should be doing, while they chill and do basically nothing and get paid 30x more. Bad management: They don't care about their employees. They look at their employees as numbers/money, not as individual humans. They quite literally hated my outgoing personality and made me feel like crap. One manager fired my coworker saying, "you don't deserve this job." They don't care about your feelings. They fire half of the training program (Acadomi), knowing that people were paying rent elsewhere, and just didn't care that people won't be able to pay their bills. I've never met management that cared so little for their employees.
