Pros
The upside of working at opentext is 8.30am to 5.30pm shift. You want work life balance then this is your company to work at.
Cons
If you are someone who simply works to love and doesn't talk much about your work then its not the place for you. employees who are ready to do the petty job for their bosses get good hikes, more leaves and frequent promotions, HRs- they are never available if you have any doubts about any of the policies. none of the policies is clear and available on the internal portal to read. Employees cannot even initiate their exits as it's solely in hands of the manager to initiate on system. Also HRs keep sending hiring messages on LinkedIN even if you already are working with them.
