Pros

Good pay. Nice coworkers. Remote based. Probably a lot better depending on what business unit you're in.

Cons

Replacing leadership, sales reps getting replaced constantly. Private equity style business - buy a software company, cut costs by firing, milk renewal revenue. Quotas increase regardless of past team performance. There's a lot more cons beyond that.

Pros

Great people, strong enterprise customer base, and an excellent portfolio spanning AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Information Management. Flexible working arrangements and competitive benefits. Flexible and hybrid work environment with a good work life balance in many teams. Talented colleagues with deep technical and industry expertise. Opportunities to work across regions and collaborate with international teams. Competitive compensation and benefits, including employee stock purchase plan and wellness programs. Good autonomy for experienced employees with ownership of their work.

Cons

Like many large global organizations, there are frequent changes in priorities and organizational structure. Internal processes can sometimes be bureaucratic, and decision-making may take longer than expected. Greater clarity around strategy and career progression would further improve the employee experience.
