      The mission is valuable - to promote international education and cultural understanding for international students.

      Cons

      Terrible work conditions. Some Directors have too much to do while others don't seem to have any responsibility. Management does not trust employees.

      I was one of the global guides at One to World, and the Global Classroom program coordinator and other staff are very supportive of my workshop creation and teaching process at local schools in NYC
