The level of micromanagement at the corporate level is heavy and you see the frustration at multiple levels because decisions are constantly second-guessed. If you’re an experienced professional, it can feel like you’re taking a step backwards instead of growing. This might be a decent spot for new grads who need a first job and plan to move on in a couple of years. There is some clear lack of insight as an international company trying to operate in the U.S. without fully accounting for the cost of doing business here including wages, compliance requirements, permitting, and general work culture all seem underestimated. At the Exec level personality clashes are well known and makes it harder than it should be for people to just do their jobs.
