Pros
Sea Containers House was a good office with good location. Alright canteen, bar on the roof was nice.
Cons
The work environment was incredibly toxic, no respect for work life balance or the quality of the actual work hitting the brief. The only focus was on winning awards, regardless of if the work was any good or delivered against the KPIs. Creative teams were rude and some (not all) very lazy. As long as the award came in they were protected and it shows in their egos. Senior leadership didn't help solve problems, they caused most of them over committing and inevitably under delivering. There was no respect for experience or autonomy, it was very hierarchical with everything needing to go through a select few who could have voices in the room. There is some great talent in the business but the toxic environment breaks people and doesn't allow for that talent to come through. I would never advice anyone work here.
