      there are no pros of working here

      Cons

      you will be expected to leave your department and ring on register up front “as needed” but it will be needed daily because they don’t hire enough people and pay everyone terribly which doesn’t attract new hires or encourage people to stay

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
