Ocean State Job Lot interview questions

It was great, the people were fantastic to speak to -- friendly, easy to talk to, and made the interview process not too intimidating. It was a recruiter to initially screen, hiring manager interview, then a panel interview of the hiring manager and I believe another manager. Mostly questions on experience, behavioral question, as well as how I would approach a problem.

Interview process was quick and efficient. 3 step hiring process, 2 meetings originally with the hiring manager, and then you have an in person interview with the location your planning on working at.
