The attendance point system is ridiculous. Associates receive 2 puts for being late or forgetting to punch in/out 3 points for calling out sick. There are 5 steps then you lose your job when you receive 32 points in a year. There has got to be a better way than this. Some managers get away with coming in late or only working 5 hours but get paid for working 10 no points for management and If they work one hour they only have to use 5 hours of benefit time and get paid for 10. What a racket.!
