Hey, there. Thank you for your feedback. Based on your punctuality and grammatical errors, it doesn't look like you're someone who puts too much effort into your work. This is crucial, because if this WERE a commission-only job (which it is not, and we encourage anyone reading this to reach out and review our employee handbook), you surely would not have done too well here, left, and then would have had to make a decision. "Do I take accountability for my performance?" or "Do I leave disgruntled, lie about comp to the internet with no repercussions, call the company a cult, and expose my lack of professionalism in the process?" You at least could've taken time to explain the time commitment necessary to grow and progress, as well as the leadership development track we offer top performers. Instead, you wrote, "work here 24 hours" and "makes you mentor others lmao." I doubt anyone serious about their career would pay attention to a review like this; however, we do strongly regret not vetting out someone with so little professionalism in how they communicate.
