OLN interview questions

The interview process was very concise, good, nice people, nice work environment, informative. There was a cold call interview first where I talked to who I assume is the recruiter, then they are able to move you to the next round of interviews. Then, after that first interview,there is a 45 minute long interview. This inervirw consists of half questions and half informative about the actual role and what it will consist of. I'm still waiting to hear back if i got an offer or not.

The entire process took about three weeks. First, I submitted my application and had a brief introductory call to discuss the position, my background, and my comfort level with the role. This was followed by a more formal video interview, which started with a casual conversation about my resume before transitioning into a presentation about the company and the position. After the presentation, they asked 1-2 interview questions. Once the video interview ended, the process was complete, and I waited about a week to hear back about the final decision.
