Pros
- A lot of autonomy, plus you really get recognized for your work - Sociable co-workers: the office space is very open, everyone gets along pretty well - Wine & Cheese every Friday night: each Friday after 4:30pm, everyone would stop working, and there would be food and beverages already prepared in the kitchen, sometimes the CEO Barry will give a quick update on the company wether it's funding or product development, it's a great chance to know your peers and understand other people's daily tasks
Cons
- expectations are very high, if you're not ready to work your butt off, it's not for you - you REALLY need to show initiatives and go out of your way to come up with things beyond your assignments to contribute to the company; the company takes care of its employees, they expect you to do the same in return
