Will change policies with blatant disregard of its effects on employees. 1.5 months before the start of 2020 employees were told Northrop would no longer be paying tuition reimbursements. This means people who got programs of over 120K+ approved that year were out of luck. When Northrop received backlash, employees were told to suck it up and figure it out. Caring about employees is just lip service from Northrop.
