Pros
1) Working in old legacy technology which has no market value 2) Zero work life balance, managers and team is treated like slaves 3) Variable amount in salary is never paid to an employee, as there are clauses in-built like for transport need to use company car
Cons
1) Cons are full of, very bad management 2) No use of learning old technology 3) Very old tools are used such as Mercurial, IBM ClearQuest 4) Full of politics, manager chooses looser and winners 5) Sells it's product to backward nations like Africa, Pakistan etc. 6) Company policy of hire and fire employee even for small things
