Pros
I like to work here because of the relaxed culture. This organization seeks to be as flat as possible therefore your voices and grievances can be heard.
Cons
It really depends on the manager. Unfortunately, some managers put more focus on quantity versus quality. Sacrificing quality leads to a lot of bugs.. And frankly, this company seems to be gravitating towards a bug driven development. Processes that were put in place to prevent such insidents from happening are not being followed when there are tight deadlines. But.... No matter how much emphasis you put on your delivery, when there is no quality, bugs will always creep out.
