Pros
Training, big name, steady job, punctual hours. Lots of support technology wise. You get what you need to work effectively.
Cons
Nokia is still rearranging itself after the merge, so people are still being reassigned and trying to catch up on new products. Some units support 20 year old software written in an in-house programming language (TNSDL) which was cutting edge, in the 80's.
