Pros
The ambient at work use to be nice and the advantages for employees, even going down, are good enough.
Cons
Hard to develop a career, as teams use to be too shrink to achieve (or even getting close to) excellence. Business management tries to stay on top of technical one, so this one usually hasn't get enough resources.
