Pros
Fun work environment. People were fun to be with at work and lunch time.
The products to work on were mostly microprocessor based boards. For seven years, I liked troubleshooting, but was ending up doing mostly things like calibrations needed by some customers (measure pressue, humidity, temperature, etc.).
Cons
The new managment is under pressure in a way that was not true years ago. With time, I suspect that things will improve. It is expensive to go into new market places.
