Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter that had found my resume on a large job board and contacted me for the position. The process was a 2-3 day rush process. I answered some qualifying questions on the phone for the recruiter. I was asked to edit my resume to add some keywords (Purchasing to Buyer, Purchased to bought). After the recruiter reviewed my edited resume and several phone calls, I was told I needed to come in for an interview the next day.

Question 1
Most of the questions were fairly normal and what you would expect them for this type of interview. It appears the company is going through a renaissance after being acquired by Omega. They are pushing KanBan, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing to the point that it permeated the entire interview.
