Great people/terrible working environment - Anonymous employee New Balance Employee Review

Severely underpaid. Pay at least 20% under fair market value for the positions. HR and senior leadership ignored some huge red flags, managers were able to request their employees to work late nights and weekends, literal 24/7 on call.. even called me on vacation a few times. Zero boundaries, zero accountability.
