First, we would like to apologize for the late reply to your review and the apparent inability to address the issues that mattered while you were still employed with the company. We also want to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are are sorry that your experience while employed within a division of NetLook did not work out as you envisioned and that you felt your input was not valued.
Rather than disregarding or disputing your cons of the company, we would like to take this opportunity to let you know what we are actively doing to help improve the direction of the company, to get more in line with the vision you were promised prior to starting employment. We are taking your feedback seriously and addressing ALL of the areas that we failed in delivering a pleasant work experience for you and others. The company is now under new leadership, with a new CEO and CFO in place. We are evaluating what is most important to both current and former employees and gradually implementing changes in areas that need it most. The financial situation is drastically different as we evolve and look to the future compared to the past, during a period of change and growing pains.
