Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As always, there are two sides to one story. However, as a company, we have actual documentation in place instead of opinion and conjecture. I will start with the company vehicle; you were offered a company vehicle and declined the vehicle and gas card several times. According to the signed agreement with you, you wanted to drive your car with a per-day gas allowance. Rain days have never been paid out. I understand that maybe there was a misunderstanding of the pay structure, but NetLook does not change anyone's payroll unless there is a reason and the employee understands and signs an agreement. NetLook takes pride in our relationships with all employees, past, and present, and we are constantly working toward bettering our communication and outreach.
