      Very corporate in nature You will be contacted every day off by scheduling team Low wage with widely varying tip range based on location Susceptible to harassment by customers (especially female-presenting budtenders by cis male-presenting customers and coworkers)

      Pros

      Goody bags, nice regulars, and some good coworkers

      Cons

      Managements cuts corners, makes guards scan invalid ID's, understaffs shifts to save money, micromanages and watches employees like a hawk, will drop you with no warning, does not care about the safety of their staff, the insurance and benefits are not good. Normal shop toxicity and drama. Do not work here unless you absolutely have to.
