      - Worst work-life balance, company encourages to work overtime - The slowest and the most absurd development process in many teams - Company is not really international. 95% people speaks Russian - Most of the Russian speakers event not trying to learn English - The most harsh culture I've ever seen - Poor benefits - Russian style of people management

      Really interesting product, great people, fantastic benefits, opportunity to make an impact at a fast growing company.

      Cons

      Nebius is a young company and still establishing SOPs so it can take a little extra time to figure things out.
