Hyper growth, good career growth prospects and very impressive people. Nebius is a very exciting place to work right now with growth opportunities everywhere. Customers are responding well to how the business is positioning itself in the market and the Nvidia relationship is getting closer by the day. Sales leadership is excellent and the lack of ego's in the org is truly refreshing. Strong marketing function and budgets are generous allowing for impressive events and lots of freedom. Nebius is an excellent place to work and anyone offered a position here has done well as the bar is getting higher and higher to get in.
Cons
Hiring very fast so processes are being formed on the fly which could be frustrating for someone that is not flexible, self starter and/or coming from a rigid corporate background.
