Pros

- it was WFH earlier but now they are asking you to come to office, one way or the other no other pro.. I assume Manas is a great person and understands issues but people/teams who are running business under him are not showing the correct attitude.

Cons

The whole concept of CARING values in the company is a myth. Not sure people sitting on the top know how these HRs and talent team (TAP) are working literally making people cry for small small things. - Really bad appraisal system, literally peanuts given since last 2 years. - they say CARING values, but when it comes to reviews there is not even a single interaction between you and your manager to discuss what all was done. They just ask you to fill some questions and themselves give you random rating. (I got same rating since last 2 years with same comments word to word.) CARING huh.. - Coming to project allocation, the team doing this is simply either dumb or they dont have projects it seems. Have seen people getting randomly allocated as well as if you raise any concern they wont reply promptly. - sometimes they will tag you to a project and forget about asking you if you wanted to join or not, if you don't then you are reprimanded. CARING again... BS - ****** THIS ONE IS BIG ****** For some reason if they are not able to put on a project they hold your appraisal. you may have got good rating last year but despite that if you are on bench you wont be appraised. Not forgetting the appraisals are already delayed by 5 months for previous employees not sure for new ones. - You might find it easy to join Nagarro, but later client project interviews are tough. That is not an issue gives you chance to read and prepare but when you ask about anything like WLB in the project interviewer says I dont about it. There is no WLB most of the times. - There is a variable part of salary which is given only if the company performs, but if even .5% of target is not achieved you will loose that money. - There are some internal meetings or sessions (you can ask employees about them) which are kept just so that people on bench can attend, even if they listen or not or they help them or not. Just one way conversations and demos. Have heard people got fired saying low attendance in those meetings (cant confirm if actually happened). - There is no recognition at all for your work if you are a single Nagarro employee on the client project, the Manager will not even bother to ask your feedback. There is a recognition mail which comes company wide but you will people with very small small tasks are recognised and your work which was such a huge win was ignored like anything. - No concept of overtime, though they will ask you to work till late or weekends, when you ask for overtime allowance or anything like that they simply say take a day off and dont fill timesheet for that day. dont understand why you cant provide overtime allowance. - no concept of team party at all. just one single annual event JALSA. if you miss it wait for next year. - DRY PROMOTIONS, you wont be getting any raise if you get promoted, that too you wont get promotion that easily. You need to give n number of tests then it goes to manager who may not approve it. For senior level you need to prepare a whole project with documents for them to review. This will be reviewed by some panel and then you will be promoted. All this along with your ongoing work (which may involve late nights). And then the result will be a dry promotion. Such CARING company Nagarro is. Overall with peanuts in appraisal (or even no appraisal), Dry promotions, Slow and in-humane natured HRs, no variable payments, less support from Mgrs and no CARING at all, this company is not worth working if you want to grow. Probably a short stint is okay but I wont recommend for long term.

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
