Pros
Bench strength - If you have niche skills and need a break come to Nagarro. You'll have a long bench period in which you may rest or pretty much do anything you want given the office timings are just 5 hours. Superior culture (of mediocrity) - if you're a bit smart even, you'll shine among the peers as people really don't want to contribute towards excellence. (Micro)Management - you'll be taken care of like a son/daughter. There's a growing list of Do's and Don'ts. Company policies - One of the most employee friendly policies WERE there. With addition of thousands of people, company is going through a lot of changes. Promotion/Projects/On-sites/Budgets everything is changing "for the good of the company". Personal growth - You'll get chance to make new friends in form of your manager/director (if they don't have some already). Once in the gang you'll get opportunity to lead no matter if you're not ready. You're the boss. Wanderlust - You'll get to see different factories while travelling from one office to another coz you're in a big company that's proud of it's real estate. Six offices and counting. Happy Resources (HR) - They really make your day and give positive vibes. I would too if paid to play games, enjoy free lunches, hours of personal conversations.
Cons
Child care - There's a play school inside the campus which is a big distraction because of all the cute kids. Dress code - You're allowed to wear anything. Even my shorts and slippers were not questioned. Shear lack of professionalism. Taxes - Tax saving is big on the company's mind. You'll be able to save thousands and not contribute to taxes. How will the country progress with such schemes.
