Let me thank you for taking the time to leave feedback here. Let me try to answer some of your concerns here:
1. Maintenance projects - while we do think that all projects are equally important for us as long as they add value to our customers, it is not true that more of our objects are maintenance than otherwise. In fact, if I look at all the total projects in the company, less than 15% of our projects are of the maintenance type.
2. Being customer oriented - I don't see that as a con. Being customer-centric is one of our core values. But we don't believe that it should come at the cost of employee happiness.
3. Employee skill development - This I find surprising because we really are focused on skills development and I would really like to learn more. I encourage you to write to me so that we can discuss in more detail (feel free to write to me anonymously if you aren't comfortable to discuss this directly).
