1. Depends mostly on project and manager, but for the most part you can have good work life balance 2. Free food i.e breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner(in case you stay back late) 3. Bus facility from your residence to office anywhere in the city in Pune 4. Laidback dress code 5. Employee Stock Purchase Plans
