Senior leadership is in flux and unable or unwilling to listen to their leadership teams. - Poor HR - High turnover - Lack of support and performance feedback - Inconsistent process followed across employees - Looking for a silver bullet to solve all their issues, but unwilling to give new leadership change and process changes time to mature, rather continually rotating in and out senior leaders in hopes that will resolve all their issues.
