Pros
Pandemic response has been cautious, which is good. Marketing team does a good job. The number of company-wide paid days off is excellent.
Cons
Lack of cohesiveness, money-grubbing, no consideration for value added by employees. Nepotism. Pay rate for females is grossly low. HR is useless and avoids their responsibilities. Healthcare benefits have been subpar for years. Favoritism for anyone at corporate HQ. Little to no opportunity for advancement. Bare minimum. if any, recognition for any contributor below Director level. All new acquisition employees are essentially eliminated. No flexibility in negotiating salary/benefits package. Renegs on commitments to add resources/incentives/bonuses/performance-based pay increases. Leadership at the Director to VP level is a joke, most are unprofessional, provide no guidance, behave inappropriately, don't care about employees, and are just there for the Skamania Lodge trips, ducking out early without doing anything of real substance, getting plastered at company-paid events/outings, and demanding their subordinates provide ROI details/create slide decks/provide proof of team or department performance, etc. that they then turn around and present as though they contributed.
