Pros

>Works across large number of verticals and technologies. >Senior management in most cases, are from the best colleges from across the globe. So much to learn from them. >Practices what it preaches. Believes that you should be learning at any point of your career and makes sincere efforts towards it. >The average age of the employees is 24. This means the place is always full of young energetic people and you'll always have company for whatever kind of person you are. >Work is almost always interesting. If it is not, you are not doing it right. >The CEO is a person, you can definitely learn few things from with marketing being the must learn. :)

Cons

>NO TRANSPARENT PAY POLICY. "Rs 1,800,000 over three JUMPS" for the role Trainee Decision Scientist(TDS). There is a huge catch here. Almost every time they go for any recruitment drive, they make it sound like "1,800,000 over three YEARS". No, its not that way. Let me explain. Rs 3.3L is your yearly salary. Rs1.2L is the annual stay bonus paid out in the month of Jan after you complete one year. eg: if you join in July'13, your annual bonus comes in the month of Jan'15 and only for a year and not one and half year. If you join in Jan'13, you get your annual bonus in Jan'15 which is almost 25 months from your DOJ!! The mgmt is aware of this and there is a lot of dissatisfaction in employees regrading this. >Long work hours. Its kind of a basic expectation here. Work life balance is a myth.

Pros

If you had a really traumatic childhood or are deeply insecure about proving yourself, this place is for you. If your parents never gave you an ounce of love or if you believe you're better than everyone else because you can lie well- then please apply. Scum should stay with and belong with other scum. Also, if you ever considered a career in politics because you're good at telling people one thing and then doing another thing, then just show up to the office.

Cons

This isn't a true corporate experience at all. There is no baseline level of respect for each other and how to behave. Due to pressure placed on you by upper management, people often take shortcuts to get what they want. Which means unethical behavior is quite common. Tribal and survivor mindset breeds contempt and negligent behavior. And you will often find that people lose their humanity here. The level of mental gymnastics people will go to convince themselves that they are good is astonishing.
