    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Mu Sigma full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - You can really learn quite a lot in a short span of time due to the sheer slogging increasing your value in the market - Previously there were a lot of driven employees in the organization and I would have recommended it, but now most people are just waiting for their contract to end

    Cons

    - The company has started implementing really poor policies. With employees being one step above a bonded laborer mentally those years in the company are tough to handle because practically one you join you can't quit easily - The CEO is ruthless and that trickles down to the junior people, the only reason why people stick on for a while is because freshers haven't seen how employee friendly other companies are, plus most of them can't leave anyway due to the heavy penalties they need to pay
