Pay low. No sick pay, even after a serious sickness and hospital admission. Poor transition from Dailly stores to Morrisons. No understanding of a convenience store, stock, people or customers. Lone working for 4 hrs at a time, this is an accident waiting to happen. Toxic, toxic, and very toxic, Bullying culture from the managers at the area level and above. Poor communication, never answers and when you have them in-store talk to you about other stores. While the manager was off with a serious heart issue, the area operations manager told the team not to bother them with anything. So much for support. Expectation is 16-hour days, no thanks, and if you do not like it, leave. (Notice period will be given and worked) Poor training, the expectation is to get the team through it, give the answers and sign them off. Never mean what they say and simply forget.
