1. Lack of appreciation: Hard work and contributions are not recognized or valued. 2. Unfair compensation: Pay is manipulated or reduced on favor of upper managers bonus 3. Credit theft: Managers take credit for others' ideas and achievements. 4. Passing the buck: uppwr managers shift their workload others due to lack or knowledge, no interest on learning. 5. Verbal abuse: Employees are spoken to disrespectfully or belittled. 6. No accountability: Issues and problems are ignored or dismissed by upper management if they liked you. 7. Threats and intimidation: Employees are constantly threatened with termination for minor inconvenience to upper management. 8. No consequences for wrongdoing: upper Managers are not held accountable for their actions. 9. Toxic work environment: Employees feel uncomfortable, stressed, or anxious. 10. Unrealistic expectations: 11. No work-life balance: Employees are expected to work long hours or be constantly available, expect upper management. 12. Lack of support: Employees are not provided with necessary feedback to improves just expected to fix it.

Pros

flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

Cons

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
