      Its a job if you do not laready have one

      Cons

      They are probably the most corrupt company to work for. They do not care about anyone except their managers, who are the laziest people. The employees go with little or no training and are forced to work extremely shorthanded. the managment staff are allowed to basically harass their staff without being reprimanded. The company will only pay attention when the threat of a union is given. But even then they won't listen.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
