Owner is a micro-manager like I have never seen. There is no detail of the agency that she doesn't feel she should insert herself into as the de facto expert. When she does, it tends to be via childish, abusive language and sheer panic. It's clear there's some severe anxiety issues at play. And they collide violently into what should be a professional environment. You will be told you are trusted and respected for your role/experience only to be treated like a child day after day after day. Her lack of trust of anyone in her agency creates a mentally exhausting experience that few last more than a year in.
