Interview
Met with current AD and a member of project management/operations. They were a bit confused regarding what they were looking for. They didn't ask about my skills or what I was looking for, but rather inflating what they do and what they want to do. It was quite odd for an interview process. They kept asking if I was okay with working with women and that they prefer to be a all woman business. At the end of the interview, I was left wondering if they even wanted to meet with me. The recruiter said that I was the only one meeting with them for the position, but they looked like they were either unprepared or uninterested.
