Very Questionable Practices = Loss of Clients - Programme Analyst Mindshare Employee Review

1. Knowing what their data stands for - as an Analyst your job will largely consist of covering up for media buys not executed properly, making things up and helping planners to cover the clients in a pile of definitions 2. Lately multiple clients realized that a vision at Mindshare is to push back, lie and cover things up. It is also impossible to get a promotion. As a result the place has turned over twice in the past few years 3. People gonna push you and you have to push back otherwise they will throw you under the bus, which I’ve seen happen even on client meetings 4. Every time they get some sort of award, it feels just ridiculous. The company has 0 process and most awards they receive are for ideas that come from outside the agency or for “getting the most impressions” 5. They are in a business of buying impressions and selling Impressions. It is not about quality or anything else. This is not very good from experience standpoint 5. I think Mindshare will collapse soon and will have to improve as a result
