    Pros

Lively working environment, good salary, a lot of social events

    Cons

As a finance person working in a creative agency, the client teams definitely hold higher pride, and sometimes not co-operative as they should be, which could potentially create difficulties for other teams.

    Advice to Management

Management has a very high tolerance towards staff, sometimes could be damaging the team

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WPP (London, England (UK)) in February 2012.

    Interview

A recruiter ping me at linkedin, then after a few email exchange I've got an interview over the phone as I was outside of the country at that timing.
