Pros

Christoffer Ellehuus has been doing an exceptional job as CEO of MindGym, steering the company through a period of positive transformation. His leadership has brought a fresh perspective and a clear vision for the future, focusing on long-term growth and innovation. While change is always challenging, it’s clear that the shifts being made under Christoffer’s guidance are necessary for the company’s evolution and success. He’s been transparent about the reasons behind these changes, fostering a sense of shared purpose among employees. His commitment to developing both the business and its people is greatly appreciated!

Cons

Change is never easy and unfortunately those resistant to change are making it difficult to move forward, but not impossible.

Pros

Lovely Coworkers in the organization.

Cons

Morale has taken a huge hit, and a lot of people are already looking for a way out. The work-life balance and overall culture have become genuinely toxic. I witnessed a coworker get bullied out of the organization by management a few months ago. Overall a toxic environment. MindGym is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
