I joined 6 months back and I'm getting the feeling that it is the best decision of my life. Great company! Great people! Management is inclusive and empathetic towards their employees. Lots to learn from the awesome team members. They really take care of each other and take their valued behaviors seriously. The company is relooking at how they want to be seen by their customers and making an effort from transitioning from an email security company to an AI powered Human Risk company. And due to that, some frequent changes and pivots are happening company wide, but that's not a bad thing at all. Leadership is making some strong and bold decisions. There's lots of opportunities in this company if you're looking to up skill or even cross skill. The org is keen in grooming their employees.
