      Decent salary overshadowed by poor management and bias

      Decent salary . But the variable is a joke . U will never get it.

      Cons

      Poor and biased management . They have india office with mindset of having just people pleasers who will never say no or object to anything. Worst is u will be always be targeted if there are any layoffs since most management is UK based . They are only safe as long as they have people reporting to them in UK. Join this company only if this is the last option for you . Especially if you are to be hired for platform , then stay away . Its a mess and management will ensure u will have no growth .
