• Leadership misalignment: lack of clear long-term strategy, and inconsistent communication. • The current (new) CPTO is virulent & does not hide that he does not trust the team, insists on responding to Reddit comments & appeasing the Sales org, instead of also fixing the foundation of what the company offers in P&E.
